*Note: On the 528e, BMW switched manual transmission/bell housing combinations back and forth during the production run, and even the BMW microfiche is unclear on exact usage, although this determines which flex disc is used (if any). If the car uses a large 5 1/8" dia. flat coupling, it's the 511.454 (or on early automatic cars 109.603.) These are the most common. If it uses a smaller 4" diameter flat coupling, it's the 225.624.

**Note: Cars without U-Joint/CV Couplings.
